Housekeeping left much to be desired. rooms weren't properly cleaned, and I found dirty handprints in the bathtub and crumbs on the floor. Miscommunication about the restaurant hours led to disappointment after confirming it was supposed to be open for lunch. Low-flow toilets felt uncomfortable, and the lack of USB charging ports surprised me given the room's price.
